In the shelter of the trees Walnut cabin is close to the stables, with beautiful views of the lower pasture and woods. It is decorated country with loads of local hand crafts. The beds have hand knitted quilts. To fully enjoy the beauty and serenity of the country, we have put your dining table on a completely covered, screened-in deck, with the grill and roaster oven. With Tennessee weather, you will rarely want to eat indoors - even when it's raining, it's so cozy on the decks. The mowed paddock in front of the decks is regularly visited by deer, turkeys, rabbits and even , once, a bobcat.
After a strenuous day outdoors, it is no fun waiting for the bathroom - so each bedroom has its private bathroom. Your bedrooms are not next door to each other, so even if you are a sharing a cabin, you have real privacy. On top of air conditioning and heating,.the bedrooms, lounge and deck have ceiling fans. As TX reception is poor in the woods, you have a TV and VCR so you can watch films from our large video library.
