Fairway Manor is one of the most wonderful private villas in Jamaica. It over looks the first fairway of the famous Half Moon golf course and has the most spectacular views of the Caribbean ocean. This villa is 6000 sq feet and consists of 5 bedrooms on the main floor, and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floor. The upper floor is accessed by an exterior gated walkway and has its own living area and two king bedrooms opening onto a 900 sq ft balcony with spectacular golf and sea views. There is a large living room upstairs with high ceilings, entertainment center, wonderful art pieces, and furnishings. Six French doors open to upper balcony. This area makes a wonderful entertaining area.
Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 are very large at 240sq ft, and open to the lower veranda, pool and spa area. Bedroom 5 has an additional day bed for the 15th guest. Bedroom 6 and 7 are also very spacious bedrooms and open to a private outdoor garden patio. Note: If this villa is rented as a 5 bedroom, then the occupancy of the bedrooms is limited to the lower level. Only groups occupying 6 or 7 bedrooms may have also This villa is located near Montego Bay and is only minutes drive away from beaches, four world class golf courses, and tennis facilities, restaurants, water sports and craft markets. All guests can enjoy first class resort facilities with their complimentary membership privileges at The Wyndham Rose Hall Resort and Country Club.

Upper Level:
Bed 1: King size bed. 300 sq feet. Very large room for en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, large Sundance hot tub, marble vanity. French doors open to balcony.
Bed 2: 300 sq ft. King size bed, a second master bedroom with ensuite bath with tub/shower combination and marble vanity. French doors open to balcony.
Living room: 1,200 sq. ft. Spacious high-ceilinged room with entertainment center with TV, VCR, sound system. Wonderful antiques, original art, generously furnished on cool stone floors. Six French doors open to upper balcony. Entire area is large and is excellent for entertaining. All upper level rooms open to the 900- sq. foot covered balcony draped with lovely colourful tropical plants. This balcony has a wonderful panoramic view of the Caribbean sea and the Half Moon Golf course.

Lower Level:
Bed 3, 4, 5 : king size bed or twin beds at guests option. There are en-suite baths with tub/shower combinations and marble vanities. French doors open to the lower verandah, private pool and spa area. Bedroom 5 also has an additional daybed for a 15th guest.
Bed 6: Queen size bed and lovely sitting area in west wing. En-suite bath has tiled walk-in shower and marble vanity. Opens to private outdoor garden patio and to interior hallway.
Bed 7: King size or twin beds at guests option. Ensuite bath has tub/shower combination and marble vanity. Opens to private outdoor garden patio and to interior hallway.
The downstairs foyer is an entertainment center with TV, VCR and sound system. Occupancy of 5 bedrooms is limited to the lower level. Only groups occupying 6 or 7 bedrooms may reserve the upper level as it has a separate entrance to the lower level with the 5 bedrooms.
