Greenways is situated on a much sought-after subdivision - just off Highway 27, and one mile north of the western end of the 192. It's only 15 minutes from the Maingate-West entrance to Walt Disney World, and is a further 15 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay is just one hour away - southwest down Interstate I4.
Located in a quiet, mostly residential subdivision, this luxury four-bedroom/two-bath vacation home is new to the market - only becoming available for rental in March 2004.
Fronted by a double garage, extensive well-kept lawns and attractive flower beds, Greenways offers holiday-makers a real chance to live their vacation in luxurious surroundings without the distractions normally associated with staying at one of the major hotel chains in the area.
There are two double bedrooms and two twins - all excellently furnished. The master has a king-size bed, a TV + VCR & excellent en-suite facilities. With the 2nd master containing a full-size bed with a TV + DVD combi unit.

$150 required to secure booking remainder due 6 weeks prior to check in.
* Check in time: 4pm (unless special request made)
* Check out time: 10am ( " " " " )
* If less than 4 night stay is required, a cleaning charge of $65 will be made.
* A "pet clean" charge of $75 is required for any guests wanting to bring their pets to the house.
* Pool heat charged at $150 per week
* BBQ (clean and delivered to house) $40 (one off charge only)
