The home has wall-to-wall carpet, designer furnishings, gas fireplace in living room and den, internet access, cable, 62’ TV in living room, TVs in all bedrooms and 2 DVD players, washer/dryer in separate laundry room, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and a center work island.
The quiet, private enclosed porch is a perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or wind down after a fun filled day at the beach.
This cozy home will easily accommodate up to 12 people. A two-car driveway is also featured.
Small "well trained" dogs may be allowed, with a pet deposit.
SORRY, owners prefer NOT to rent to seniors during the month of June. Only a responsible ADULT can legally sign a lease ~ Special permission with higher deposits may be considered.You must speak with the owners first !
