This is a 2 bedroom apartment in a newly constructed medieval borgo or village in the hills of Umbria 25 kms from Perugia. Peaceful, serene, and astoundingly beautiful is the nature that surrounds you. This house is suitable for use in all seasons. In the winter there is a large open fireplace and central heating. In the summer months there is a communal swimming pool. It is also 20 minutes drive from Lake Trasimeno for beaches and boating.
The house has private gardens and an outdoor dining terrace. It is of traditional construction - rough hewn beams, plaster walls, and cotto floors. There is a fully equipped kitchen.
The house is owned by a British /American family who uses it as a holiday retreat. We'd like to welcome you as well.
