Palm Island is probably one of the most talked about destinations in the world. This much anticipated palm shaped island, with its white beach tipped fronds is home to the cream of what hospitality has to offer. Located off Dubai’s Jumierah coastline the island boasts high end hotels as well as the private residences of the rich and famous. Al Sultana Apartments located at the trunk of the Island has easy access not only to all that the Palm has to offer but also to the mainland hotesl beaches and beach resorts. The apartment complex itself has it’s own private beach, 24 security concierge service and facilities.
It is a short drive to the Championship Emirates Golf Course & Club Complex, famous for hosting The European PGA Dubai Desert Classic. You are located approximately 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport. and conveniently positioned for access to the Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road highways. From the highway you are a convenient drive to the many Dubai attractions like the Madinat Souqs, The Burj Al Arab, Dubai Creek and the Gold Souq. It is only a 5 minutes drive to the impressive new Mall of the Emirates with its own Ski Centre and Snow Park, so you can sunbathe and ski within minutes of your front door!
The Apartment has 2 main bedrooms and a converted maid/anti room with a single bed for extra sleeping space if required. It has 2+ bathrooms and is furnished to a very high standard including a fully equipped modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar onto the lounge. A beautifully airy open plan Lounge/Dining room has floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views over the beach and Dubai coastline, also has state of the art Plasma TV, Satellite & DVD Player and is great for entertaining or relaxing.
An elegant master double bedroom with equally stunning views has a generous en-suite bathroom with separate shower. A twin bedroom over oversized comfortable beds. A fabulous terrace with outside seating off the main lounge looking onto the beach itself and beautifully landscaped areas beyond. The most extravagant sights of the Burj Al Arab and the Jumierah Beach Hotel on your own framed horizon completes the picture from the terrace.
