Our Fall weekend rates are $215/night; midweek rentals are $145/night. Winter ski season weekend rates are $275/night; $175/night for midweek.

Location! Location! Location! You can walk to the Massanutten ski slopes from our home! We are located approximately 100 yards from the snow-tubing lanes and just beyond that, is the #3 Lift on the slopes!
Also on-site: a new INDOOR/OUTDOOR water park which is open year-round; skate park, trout-stocked ponds, children's playgrounds, horseback riding stables, a fantastic mini-golf course, a new state-of-the-art go cart track, 2 golf courses w/ driving range & putting green, hiking & mountain biking trails & restaurants.
For a great daytrip you can visit Shanandoah or Luray Caverns, Vintage Car Museum, Civil War battlefields, Monticello, Washington D.C (charter bus trips leave the resort on Wednesdays), fish/canoe/raft/tube the local rivers, mountain bike in the Shenandoah Valley National Park, take a scenic drive along the Infamous Skyline Drive or go antiquing.
We have recently completely renovating our home -- EVERYTHING is new! Completely renovated kitchen with new cabinets/countertops/appliances/flooring; new bathrooms; new flooring & furniture throughout our entire home; new washer/dryer; new water heater & HVAC system; new roof with skylights in the vaulted, living room ceiling & a new deck!! You'll vacation in luxury without any worries of needing a maintenance call!
Many of our guests have told us that upon arriving at our home, they felt it was even nicer than they expected -- saying that the pictures didn't show just how nice our home really is!
