Step out the back door to a serene, uncrowded mile long stretch of white sand and take in the unspoiled beauty of the Pacific and the neighboring Channel Islands. Breathtaking ocean views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom, two guest suites, the family room, dining room, and bar area with a professional kitchen.
Located near the charming Channel Islands Harbor, this newly remodeled home is the perfect retreat and sanctuary for anyone seeking a getaway from ordinary life.
Home is decorated with stylish designer furnishings, a professional kitchen with plenty of countertops and a beautiful gas fireplace. NEW! 42 Inch Sony HD flat screen TV, perfect for sports, movies and family entertainment.
Dine and entertain on three levels of outside decks and a brick patio. One covered deck with a dining table and the other deck exposed for those sunbathers ready to relax on the teak chase lounge chairs, overlooking the Channels Islands and white sandy beach.
Third floor master suite has the high quality Sleep Number bed, exposed deck, his and her sinks, bode and large master shower area.
The first floor has three bedrooms including one suite with a private bathroom and Cal King bed. Its' sliding glass door opens up to the beautiful brick patio. The adjacent bedroom, also equipped with a Cal King bed and sliding glass door opens up to the brick patio. Both of these rooms have ocean views at the sands edge. The third bedroom, the most quite place in the house, has a Queen-Size bed and a TV/VHS/DVD. A large laundry room is available for guest along with soap and softener.
Watch an incredible sunset with vivid colors over the ocean from the comfort of your bed, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping at the shore.
Family traditions are created here! To name a few: whale watching excursions, the Channel Islands, the Strawberry Festival, the Parade of Lights, clam digging, Tall Ships, Fourth of July festivities, roasting marshmallows on the beach and plenty of surf for those who like ocean activities.
Silverstrand Beach in Oxnard is world renowned for great surf, dolphin, whale watching, scuba diving in the Channel Islands, windsurfing, kayaking, jet-skiing and so much more. Recreational activities abound including numerous hiking and eco tours, tide pooling, kayaking, fishing and snorkeling.
Great restaurants only minutes away. Movie theaters and the huge Camarillo Outlet mall is 20 minutes south on the 101 Freeway with plenty of shopping. Everything you could possibly want!

In the tiny village of Silverstrand, you can walk or ride bikes from the house to Pepe's California famous taco stand for their delicious fish tacos and burritos. Don't forget to hang out with the local surfers as they finish up their surf for the day!
