One week minimum rental. 20 independent units. Each unit includes an equipped kitchennette, livingroom with 2 comfotable sofa beds, one bedroom with one queen size or two twin beds, one bathroom. In-room air-conditioner, all linens, basic kitchen equipment is provided. Just walk in with your luggage. There is a meeting room within the same complex available for group reservations at no extra cost. Inside/outside party areas at no additional cost. An additional fee for clean up can be required if the premise is to be used without a clean-up arrangement. Fully equipped kitchen in the complex can also be rented for gourmet cooking events for social events. There are markets, restaurants accross the street for catering opportunities. Great deal for workshops, family reunions. Ask for additional discounts for group reservations.
