This house is great to rent for Big Groups and families. House is located on top Hamptown Height Blue Ridge Mountains. House has amazing view and 2 decks from a first and second floor. Our house is 8000 square feet. It has 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, sleeps 12 or more people, Game room 2 living rooms, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub.
Main level has 2 master bedrooms, one has king size bedroom and private balcony with great view, and the second master bedroom has queen size bedroom access to deck, pink bedroom with two full bank beds, blue room with one full bank bad, and one more bedroom with full size bad, big kitchen, living room with a sleeper sofa and dining room and breakfast area.
Lower level has master bedroom with queen size bed and bedroom with full size bed, living room with sleeper sofa and futon, game room has a pool table and xbox and futon.
Blue Ridge just minutes away and you can enjoy the best antique shops in the mountains as well as art galleries, specialty shops great eateries. You can golf, hike to a waterfall, go mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, or tubing. Beautiful Blue Ridge Lake just around the corner and is one of the most pristine lakes in southeast. It offers excellent fishing, boating and swimming with boat and Jet Ski rentals available at the lake.
Ocoee River is nearby, so you can also try rafting, site of the 1996 Olympic Whitewater venue.
We have huge swimming pool that is 9 inch deep and diving board and hut tub.
