Welcome to our Florida villas! We are owners - self confessed Florida fanatics! We spend our vacations in Florida for many years and finally bought in our very own Florida villa in 2002.
This vacation rental villa is situated on an established residential development called Santa Cruz with a mixture of permanent and short stay residents. There are only 71 houses in this neighborhood. There are several golf courses in close proximity to the villa.
Our villa is fully licensed for short term rental and has a 24 hour local & friendly management team on hand should a problem arise.
Our villa is approximately 35 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Sanford Airport is approximately 55 minutes drive away, where charter flights are based.
Our vacation rental villa has game room with Playstation 2 consoles and games. We know how our 2 kids enjoyed this addition, we do hope your children ill like it too.
