ne half acre gated on Riviera (Santa Barbara) property is private and close to town. The vacation rental is surrounded by four fountains and a water fall, mostly glass for views that will enchant you. This is a one bedroom(a very nice bedroom)two bath vacation rental well suited for a couple that want to disappear for a few months. Some champagne and lots of 700count sheets included. Wrap around terrace means a tan line is up to you.
The vacation home is something Martha Stewart wouldnt much care for but if when you travel you eat with the locals and not McDonalds you will love it. And so will your pet/pets (no horses, sorry). Three month minimum, available in one week. 1st Last and security required.
Vacation rental includes a state of the art TH"X sound system through out, flat screen, not hooked up to TV (that is your choice; you have 100's of dvd's to choose from) internet included.
No yard man, no one to hassle you. This is for the artist the producer the writer. This is not for the prude the rude or the picky.
