The Vacation Home Il Rustico is part of a country Tuscan Estate, Villa Oliveto, and lies on the slopes of a private hill which looks down on the coast of Versilia, only 6 km from the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi.
The property is surrounded by 8.000 sq.m. of grounds. The Villa Il Rustico has a private wide panoramic garden, with a dining table, and even an orchard at guests disposal.
Other dining tables are under the patio and allow the guests to have their meals outside even during the hottest hours of the day.
The Il Rustico vacation home is an old tuscan restored House with one large livingroom, one kitchen, one large bathroom and two patios on the groundfloor, two double rooms on the first floor, with great view on the tyrrenian coast and on the Apuan Alps.
There is also a little studio and a large private garden. The swimming pool is shared.
Its setting is ideal for excursions down to the beaches on the coast, as well as to the many interesting locations nearby.
