Very quiet up market area with attractive local harbour, beautiful sandy beaches some excellent Taverna's in the local area within walking distance of the house. A friendly quiet place on the outskirts of a lively resort. Fishing and swimming in the clear warm waters make it a pleasure to be there.

Accommodation & Facilities: Luxury 5 bedroom house is located just on the edge of lively Pernera, 2 minutes walk to the sea. Private pool is with the terrace and BBQ under a pergola. Lovely lawned area, ample parking in cul-de-sac.

All bedrooms have air con, extremely spacious throughout. All bedrooms are good quality with fitted wardrobes, except the studio, this does not have any wardrobes, but is totally self contained with own front door if required. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 shower rooms.
Large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area with table and six chairs. Huge lounge is with leather suite, includes TV, DVD, Video, Stereo system and fire place. Sliding doors lead to patio area and pool. Dining room table and six chairs also are in the lounge.
