Location: The villa is situated in Governors Beach, which is 20 minutes from Larnaka Airport, 10 minutes from Limassol, 35 minutes from Paphos and provides easy access to the mountains and country side. If you are a golf fan, two golf courses are just 25 minutes drive away (Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley).
Accommodation & Facilities: This newly built luxury villa has its own private swimming pool and an exclusive garden. The private pool is 12.50m X 4.50 m ranging from 0.90m to 1.80m in depth and it is surrounded by exotic plants (palm trees, banana trees and beautiful seasonal flowers). There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. An automatic pool cover is available for children safety reasons. There is a wooden deck around the pool area.
The living room has a big plasma TV 42 inches (DVD player, radio, and CD player) connected with home cinema and a satellite dish (1.060 channels) -Ideal for film and TV fans- a dining table and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with items carefully selected: fridge and freezer, ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven and everything else you may need to have a luxury and comfortable stay.
The villa has three bedrooms. Master bedroom feature a double bed, plasma TV, air conditioning/heating unit and a balcony with a sea view. The other two bedrooms are equipped with luxury double beds and air conditioning/heating units. There is a large luxurious bath with a toilet upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs, off the living room.
Something extra: A lady will clean up the house every Wednesday (10:00 am - 1:00 pm). A gardener takes care of the garden once a week (Friday afternoon). The swimming pool is cleaned and maintained once a week (Friday afternoon).
A bottle of champagne will be expecting you at your arrival. Rental includes linen, towels and a welcome hamper with coffee, tea, fresh bread, butter, eggs, milk and juice.
