This 3 Bedroom Condo is right in the middle of all the action. It is in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley. It is located just outside the Settlers Green OVP Outlet Center in North Conway, NH. If you walk out the doors and walk about 100 feet you will be stepping on the Settler's Green OVP property where there is over 50 outlet stores including... Nike, Gap, Old Navy, Factory Brand Shoes, Norm Thomspon, Brookstone, J. Jill, Bombay & Company, J. Crew, Lindt Chocolates and much more!
Just within walking distance (less then 1 mile) there is a McDonalds, Burger King, 99 Restaurant, Applebee's, Several Pizza & Chinese Restaurants, a famous Black Angus Steak House Restaurant, a really awesome italian restaurant (Bellini's), cafe's and much more.
Fun Stuff: There are tons of things to do in the MWV area. If you have never been here, there is endless amounts of things to. As mentioned there is shopping (100+ shopping stores located within 1 miles). In the winter there is over 6 different ski mountains to ski, snow board, cross country ski at including Wildcat, Cranmore (within 1 miles), Black Mt, King Pine, Bretton Woods, Attitash and Shawnee Peak. In the summer there is also golfing, boating, canoeing, white water rafting, Story Land, site seeing, Clarks Trading Post and much more. Just look at the list.
This unit has 3 bedrooms and has one bathroom. It is located on Willie Court which is accessed through the roads of Settlers Green Outlet Village Plus. The condo is designed for rental. This means that you there are clean sheets, towels, plates, bowls, forks and almost everything you will need (once a week or per stay). This is a very clean property (condo) and was just remodeled. Please take a lot at the pictures. The condo is air conditioned as well.
