Good morning,

Finally I joined the army of thousands of developers who offer you free listing of your vacation rental / holiday home.

The site I would like to offer you is no different from other nice sites out there. But I want to outline few things that I can promise.

1. I will not charge you anything till the site produces results for you. I will not look for any covering cost because being a programmer I can re-use codes I already built and hosting databases or space is not costly anymore. I am an owner myself and I will not pay to anyone today if I see no results or any other benefits to my business. Once we have a good traffic, many inquires and some establishment in industry, then and only then I will address the advertisement cost.
2. We will also concentrate on international owners/renters. In our team we speak Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian so far. We are looking for partners in other countries where we will advertise. We want to make true international site.
3. I am fortunate to have friends who will help me with Internet and traditional marketing of the site and your properties. We are planning to send regular flyers to targeted areas, advertise in local real estate directories and some other things that might help.
4. Site is very new, so it will have some small bugs, please be patient and open about it. I will try to fix any issue in timely manner.
   

   Little note. The site is built the way that if there are no listings in Miami, Florida, you won’t see it there. But once you add your Miami property, it automatically will be added to the list of Florida cities.
